She rambles near and she rambles far
Taking short walkers in her car!

She'll walk 18 holes if they start with a Tee
With her bright anorak she's our Lady in Red
And can name any wild flower or so it is said

This is an ode to Maggie B
Who loves the outdoors but NOT for a wee!
The most spectacular walks she would drop
To spend an hour in "ye olde Antique shoppe"

This is an ode to Maggie B
An active member of the Rotary
Paperweights she has more than one hundred and twenty
And hobbies like gardening she has a plenty.

This is an ode to Maggie B
To Rugby Drive she moved recently
She'll drive and drive without a fuss
But ne'er take a motorway or even a bus!

This is an ode to Maggie B
A member of Macc's "old girls society"
In her seventy fifth year she's just a mere slip!
